Intelligent Addressable Systems offer benefits in terms of speed of detection, identification of the location of fire and easier maintenance. Intelligent systems also offer tolerance to faults in the system wiring, which allows a single pair of wires to be used to connect up to 200 devices to the system, allowing cost savings in the wiring of large systems.


Conventional Fire Alarm System provides the earliest practicable fire detection and warning. This system consists of smoke or heat detectors at designated locations, to detect smoke or heat at the earliest during any outbreak of fire.


The Hybrid Fire Alarm System combines the capabilities of both Intelligent Addressable and Conventional Fire Alarm System.

Aspirating smoke detection is a technology that utilizes a centralized detector that continuously draws air into the detector from a sampling pipe network located within the protected area. Simple and easy- to-install, the LHS cable Contacts directly to the fire alarm panel initiating circuit. A short circuit along the LHS cable indicates a zone alarm condition. The LHS cable is available in a variety of operating temperatures and jackets.

The heat from a fire causes the LHS cable’s special insulation to melt at a specific temperature, allowing the two conductors to short together, thus creating an alarm condition on the fire control panel.

LPG PNG Gas Leak Detectors

FM-200 Fire Suppression

FM-200 is one of the most well-known and trusted clean agents in use today. This colorless, liquefied compressed gas is capable of extinguishing fires in just 10 seconds or less, making it the fastest-acting clean agent available. Its flexible design options make it suitable for many applications, including data centers.

When you install an FM-200 commercial fire suppression system, you’re choosing an eco-friendly fire suppressant that has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of zero. It’s also safe to discharge FM-200 in occupied spaces and has small storage space requirements.

FK-5-1-12 protects thousands of facilities around the world against the risk of fire. The extinguishing agent, a substitute to the more widely recognized Halon 1301, has excellent fire extinguishing performance and other ideal characteristics. FK-5-1-12 clean agent requires significantly less cylinders as the synthetic agent is stored as a liquid .

Using EN standards for reference, there is a safety margin of over 70% between the typical design concentration and the NOAEL (No observed adverse effect limit)

Upon activation from an automatic detection system, the agent is designed using hydraulic flow calculation software to discharge and reach the adequate extinguishing concentration within 10 seconds for fast extinguishing, compared to the 60 or 120 second allowance given to Inert gases.

IG-541 (Inert Gas) Gas based Suppression System

The INERGEN Gas Suppression System is a clean agent, non-toxic, non-corrosive, inert gas fire suppressant agent consisting of natural gases that extinguish a fire without causing harm to the people, assets or the environment.

INERGEN® IG-541 Gas Fire Suppression System is particularly well suited to suppressing fires in special hazards where an electrically non-conductive medium is essential or desirable, where clean-up of other agents presents a problem, or where the risk is usually occupied and requires a non-toxic agent.

When discharged into an area or room, a correctly designed clean agent INERGEN Fire Suppression System lowers the oxygen concentration below that supported by combustion.

Environmental Credentials

INERGEN (IG-541) was introduced as an alternative to earlier gaseous fire suppression agents and is a compound of 3 naturally occurring inert gases that comprise our atmosphere. Argon (40%), Nitrogen (52%) and Carbon Dioxide (8%). These three gases do not support combustion (combined or separately).

INERGEN has zero Ozone Depleting Potential (ODP), zero Global Warming Potential (GWP) and doesn’t contribute unique chemical compounds with extended atmospheric lifetimes as other Gaseous Fire Suppression Agents can.

Carbon Dioxide Suppression Systems use CO2 which has a high rate of expansion to suppress fires quicklyCarbon Dioxide (CO2) Fire Suppression Systems

Another option for a fast acting fire suppressant is CO2. As an odorless, colorless, electrically non-conductive gas, it has a number of uses and has been approved for Class A, B and C fires. Carbon dioxide has a high rate of expansion, which allows for it to act quickly suppressing the fire.
